Please place your documents in any envelope, seal, and attach our NZ CourierPost label, OR hand deliver to Albany OR use your own courier to our Depot.

Collection orders cut-off for same day is 2pm, bookings after that time will be collected the next business day, or if it is urgent, you can hand it in over the counter at any NZ PostShop before 5pm.
Delivery is normally in the morning before midday, and collection in the afternoon after midday.
NZ Post Couriers collects our items across New Zealand and deliver to Auckland overnight (This service is always $15 across NZ, for items up to 25KG)
When it arrives at our NZ Depot, it is inserted into a FedEx non-bendable waterproof Express Envelope as is, to be shipped overseas within the hour.
Items are tracked, traced, insured up to US$100 and the best care taken.
Delivery for documents is between 6-10 working days, delivery is signature required during business hours. Items are not delivered on a week end, or the receiving country’s public holiday.
We can not deliver to a PO Box, but we can deliver to a PostNet of your choice. If a PostNet is the final destination, we require the recipient mobile number in SA.
